Recipe Refresh
Newly Updated Recipes
Even amazing recipes need a makeover. And even though I sometimes think of my recipes like my children (there isn’t a favorite), it doesn’t mean they don’t need to be tweaked, updated, or modernized sometimes.
Every month I publish several brand new recipes. But after 7 years, I also freshen up a few classics to make them better for my readers and home cooks.
Most of the time the actual recipe (instructions and ingredients) stay the same - but I may have found something new to share that will help make bring success to my readers. So when I hit SAVE you may find new ingredient substitutions, similar recipe ideas, alternate cooking methods, or ways to make it meet your dietary needs.
I will be the first to say, my blogging journey was uphill for quite some time. I have learned a lot over the years including the types of recipes my readers like, how many are beginners and really need basic easy steps, and articles about food without a recipe are also fun.
And you may be one of the many “just show me the recipe” readers and that is ok, (just hit the jump to recipe button at the top of any of my posts). But over time I stayed true to myself and include some stories & personal information but I also make sure that the recipe is the star in most posts.
Ok- ok - now onto the Updated Recipes List. Without further adieu…
